Transforming Commercial Curb Appeal with Expert Wood Restoration
We recently completed an outdoor wood restoration project for Harbir Bhullar’s property in Fullerton, California. The goal was to refresh and protect a large perimeter fence and wood siding on a commercial dental office, enhancing its visual appeal and long-term durability.
Project Overview
The wood slat walls and fencing surrounding the building had begun to show signs of aging due to sun exposure and weathering. Our team used TWP Rustic, a rich, deep-toned wood preservative and stain, to bring warmth back into the surface while offering excellent UV protection.
The project included the treatment of:
- Modern horizontal slat fencing with black metal framing
- Natural wood siding along the front and side façade
- Access gates and wood panel accents around the building’s perimeter
Each surface was thoroughly cleaned, prepped, and coated evenly to ensure a smooth, consistent finish. As seen in the images, the color depth and wood grain now stand out with enhanced richness and texture.
